thrive2030 is a growthcurv initiative. It is a series of conversations with leaders who have had to pivot in response to the pandemic and to hear their suggestions for thriving to 2030.

​Leaders
from across Australia, New Zealand and Asian nations contribute their advice, share insights, reflect on their recent journey and outline what lies ahead. Leaders include a few of those who contributed to my book Stepping Up, and many other industry leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs.

The aim of these conversations is to:
  • hear the reality of leaders who faced adversity in 2020
  • discover what 'brave' leadership looks like
  • learn from others how to respond to the 2021-2023 economic environment
  • understand what others think the 'new normal' is or will be
  • obtain 'diversity of thought' by including 50/50 male and female leaders
  • obtain 'diversity of thought' by including men and women of different cultural backgrounds
  • seek out ways Asia-Pacific nations can help each other
