Pamela is a CEO and Consultant, Owner and Entrepreneur, Coach and Motivational Speaker, an Author and a Mother.
Pamela has worked in both executive leadership roles and as a consultant in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom, across Europe and the USA. (See link to LinkedIn below).
As a consultant, Pamela has advised and coached over 100 CEOs and owners of small, medium, large, and global businesses for 30-years including KPMG and PwC, Barclays Bank and Zurich Financial Services, Fairfax Media and Seven Group, UNSW and ATN Universities.

What has she achieved?
Pamela Young started her first consultancy at the age of 26 and it was one of the first firms to specialise in professional services in New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore.
Pamela is a recognised thought-leader and regularly speaks at conferences, events and on TV and radio. She was one of three keynote speakers on a London stage at 30, standing alongside Harvard Professor, strategy guru and author, Michael Porter.
After 9 years running her firm, Pamela left her native New Zealand to be the inaugural CEO of Shook Lin & Bok, a top-4 law firm in Singapore. As the only Caucasian in the firm, Pamela says 'This was a pivotal moment in my understanding of the enormous value of diversity and the need to adopt the culture of others to be successful at work and in life'.
She then moved to the United Kingdom and to lead the Strategy and Organisation Practice of Kinsley Lord Towers Perrin. Five years later Pamela moved to Sydney, Australia and established growthcurv to support CEOs across Asia Pacific to adapt and grow their businesses.
Throughout her career Pamela has advised over 100 CEOs from four regions of the world and is always ready to share her vision for a better future and passion for achieving change with anyone.
Pamela is author of Stepping Up. She interviewed 100 CEOs and Board Chairs from 16 cities and 27 industries across Australia and Asia. Their views are reported in her book.
Pamela runs a successful online CEO Conversation Series called thrive2030. CEOs from across Asia Pacific and further afield recognise the value of these conversations and willingly share their time and opinions on this important leadership platform.

CEOExpand is divided into 6 Modules that guide you logically through our proprietary Growth Solutions Consulting Process. At the end of each Module you meet with your coach on a live Zoom call to discuss your diagnosis, analysis and solutions to your current business issues to kick-start growth.

Zoom Coaching Calls
Pamela provides two-weekly live Zoom calls where you connect with her to discuss:
- your understanding of the frameworks, methods, and tools
- how your diagnosis and analysis is going
- what your growth curves are telling you
- discuss strategic options and future pathways
- ensure a good 'fit' between your current state and future aspirations.

The Final Two Weeks
Module 6, called "Out-Of-The-Park' is designed to help you summarise your diagnosis, analsysis, decisions and action plans, and prepare your presentation to peers, partners, boards, employees, customers and/or banks (for funding) before you leave the Program.
