Pamela Young started her first consultancy at the age of 26 and it was one of the first firms to specialise in professional services in New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore. Pamela is a recognised thought-leader and regularly speaks at conferences, events and on TV and radio. She was one of three keynote speakers on a London stage at 30, standing alongside Harvard Professor, strategy guru and author, Michael Porter. After 9 years running her firm, Pamela left her native New Zealand to be the inaugural CEO of Shook Lin & Bok, a top-4 law firm in Singapore. As the only Caucasian in the firm, Pamela says 'This was a pivotal moment in my understanding of the enormous value of diversity and the need to adopt the culture of others to be successful at work and in life'. She then moved to the United Kingdom to lead the Strategy and Organisation Change Practice of Kinsley Lord Towers Perrin. Five years later Pamela moved to Sydney, Australia and established growthcurv to support CEOs across Asia Pacific to formulate strategy and grow their businesses. Throughout her career Pamela has advised over 100 CEOs from four regions of the world and is always ready to share her vision for a better future and passion for achieving change with anyone. Pamela runs a successful online VLOG - a CEO Conversation Series - called thrive2030.
