Russell was appointed the CEO of Brockman Resources in 2012. Prior to this he was the
General Manager of Iron Ore for Aquila and Group Treasurer for North Ltd. A mining engineer, Russell has worked in senior management and operational roles for both Robe River and BHPB. Russell is currently on the Board of Directors for Asenjo Energy and has an MBA from the University of Melbourne.

Ruth Medd

Ruth is the Executive Chairman of Women on Boards, Past President of the National
Foundation for Australian Women Ltd, and Independent Chairman of the Australian
Ethical Investments Superannuation Ltd. Prior to this she was Executive Director at the
Association of National Advertisers, General Manager of Australian Broadcasting Tribunal
and Director of the NSW Casino Control Authority and Infants Home Ashfield. Ruth has
inspired and supported many hundreds of women to achieve and succeed at taking board
roles from ASX-listed companies through to community organisations. This contributed
to her being named as a Top 100 Women of Influence in the Australian Financial Review
and Westpac awards in 2012. Ruth was born in the United Kingdom and now lives and
works in Australia.

Sally Wong

Sally Wong studied at the University of Western Australia and graduated in 2009 with a BE (Honours) and Commerce, majoring in civil engineering, investment finance, and corporate finance. Upon graduation, Sally started a full-time structural engineer position in the Arup Perth office. She was predominantly involved in energy-related infrastructure projects. In 2011, Sally transferred to Hong Kong on a two-year assignment and is currently enjoying working on the conservation and revitalisation of heritage buildings in Hong Kong.

Shirley In’t Veld

Shirley was the CEO of Verve Energy until 2012. Prior to this she was the Vice President of  Primary  Business  Development  with  Alcoa  and  the  Managing  Director  of  Alcoa Australia Rolled Products. She is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Asciano Ltd and Board Member with the Co-operative Research Centre for Landscape Evolution in Mineral Exploration (CSIRO) and the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies
in WA (AMEC). Shirley is Chairperson of the Sustainability Committee of Asciano, and
is a Council member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (WA). She began her career as a commercial lawyer with King & Wood Mallesons. Shirley was born in New Zealand and lives and works in Australia.

He is also the CEO of the Yulgibar Group of Companies and Director of OC Funds Management. Sid is a Trustee of the Sidney Myer Fund and Chairman of the Beyond Australia Taskforce. He was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2011. Sid is Australian-born and has lived and worked in the United Sates,
Malaysia and Switzerland.

Stephen is the CEO and Chief Country Officer of Citi in Australia and New Zealand and
Citi Country Officer, Australia. Prior to this he was head of Citi’s Asia Pacific Markets
business in Hong Kong, Director of European Capital Markets for Salomon Brothers and
Regional Head of Capital Markets for Lehman Brothers. Stephen is a member of the US
Studies Centre Council of Advisors and is the Deputy Chairman of the Australian Bankers
Association. He is Australian-born and has lived and worked in the United States, United
Kingdom and Hong Kong.

Tristan Landers, Executive General Manager, Corporate Sustainability, Commonwealth
Bank of Australia, Sydney, Australia

Tristan is the Executive General Manager of Corporate Sustainability for the Commonwealth
Bank of Australia. She is a Director of The Humour Foundation, an Ambassador for the
Australian Indigenous Education Foundation, and Director at YWCA NSW. Prior to this she
was the General Manager of Culture, Group Strategy at Commonwealth Bank of Australia
and a Management Consultant at KPMG. Tristan is Australian-born.

Uschi Schreiber, Managing Partner Global Government & Public Sector Industry Centre,
Ernst & Young Global, Hong Kong.

Uschi is Managing Partner Global Government & Public Sector in Hong Kong and was previously the Deputy CEO
of Ernst & Young’s Oceania branch based in Sydney. Prior to this she held a number of positions such as
Director-General and Deputy Director General of significant Government departments in Australia.
Uschi was born in Germany, speaks fluent German, and lives and works in Australia.
